At Melanated Eden, we are committed to ensuring your order is carefully prepared and shipped with intention. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.


🌱 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All physical products are prepared with care. Processing times vary depending on the product type.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated

  • Handcrafted or made-to-order items may require additional processing time

  • Processing time does not include shipping time

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has shipped.


🌿 SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship using reputable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method availability and costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size

  • Weight

  • Destination

All shipping fees are non-refundable.


🌼 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons

Melanated Eden is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.


🌾 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time:

  • International shipping is not available, unless otherwise stated

If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional customs fees, duties, and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.


🌿 SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


🌱 INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Melanated Eden is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.


🌼 LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Melanated Eden is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Carrier delays outside of our control

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

We are happy to assist with filing a claim when applicable.


🌿 DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
